I'm 39 and have dark circles under my eyes.?

My botox Dr (cosmetic surgeon) told me that I should get the fat from under my eyes surgically removed to improve the tired look I always have. I'm not going into 40 without fighting the signs of aging but surgery doesn't thrill me. So my questions are: Has anyone had this surgery and what is the "clinical" name for it? Did you have good results/experience? What are the best products for coverage -- very sensitive eyes -- until I can afford 3K and research the heck of this surgery?

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. Reply:I can provide a great sample of the eye cream that I have been using for 5 years. Absolutely free! You will love it!
Reply:I hear ya sista, fight to the end! LOL. I would get a mineral makeup concealer for now, they cover great. Dark circles are basically broken capillaries and the darkness is blood, I'm sure your doctor told you that. So.. I'm not too sure what the surgery would do for the darkness, maybe puffiness, but not sure about the darkening under the eyes.
